The website owner, including subsidiaries and affiliates (“Woodfit.in” or “Woodfit” or “we” or “us” or “our”), provides the information contained on this website (“website”) to visitors (“visitors”) (collectively referred to as “you” or “your”) subject to the terms and conditions set out below, along with the Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies applicable to specific sections or features of the website.

By visiting, browsing, or shopping at www.Woodfit.in, you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you use any current or future service offered by Woodfit.in or its affiliates, you will also be bound by the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service.

2. Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Purchases

All orders placed on Woodfit.in are treated as offers made by you to purchase the products. We may accept your offer by sending a confirmation email and/or mobile notification for the products listed in your order. Acceptance of each order is expressly conditioned upon your agreement to these Terms & Conditions. No other terms shall apply unless explicitly agreed in writing.


3. Electronic Communication

When you visit Woodfit.in or communicate with us electronically (via email, messages, or website notices), you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirements for written communication.


4. Prices

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of placing the order will apply. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Any additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout.


5. Payment

All payments must be received by us prior to shipment unless the order is placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • UPI & Mobile Payments

  • Cash/Cheque/Draft (where applicable)

  • EMI options (if available)


6. Shipping & Handling

We will arrange shipment of the products to your address. Shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Woodfit.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery.

If a reverse pickup cannot be arranged due to unavailability of logistics partners, you may be asked to self-ship the product through any reliable courier service.


7. Return of Products by You

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incomplete package

You must notify us of the issue within 72 hours of receiving the product. For transit damage, the issue must be reported within 48 hours, along with images/videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.


8. Easy Replacement Policy

Woodfit.in offers easy replacement under the conditions mentioned below:

  • Customers must inform us of defects/damage within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Images of the product and packaging may be required.

  • Upon approval, the product will be replaced at no extra cost.

  • If the product is Out of Stock or discontinued, we will offer an alternative product or provide a refund.

Note: Replacement is valid only for manufacturing defects or transportation damage.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, wear & tear, or negligence will not be eligible.

Non-returnable items:
Customized furniture, made-to-order items, perishable décor items, or any digital content.


9. Changes & Cancellation by Customer

Any modification of your order (quantity change, item change) can be done before the order is shipped.

Cancellations are allowed only before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


10. Order Cancellation by Woodfit.in

Woodfit.in reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Technical errors in pricing or product information

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment verification issues

  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified, and the amount will be refunded in full where applicable.

Additional verification may be required before accepting certain orders.


11. Limitation of Liability

Woodfit.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.


12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Woodfit.in reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
