3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly capture the damage or defect.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions from our team.

  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Shipping Costs

  • Woodfit.in will bear return shipping charges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • For all other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Shipping charges (if non-refundable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
